Super green smoothie

Add some green to your day with this health-kick smoothie

  • a small handful of spinach leaves, you can use frozen
  • 0.5 medium avocado, peeled, stone removed and roughly chopped
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 baby cucumber or 0.5 normal sized cucumber, roughly chopped
  • a few fresh kale leaves
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • Method

    Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. If it's a little thick for your liking thin down with a little water.
