A super quick plant-based sausage and pasta dish! TIP: use leftover sausages from the day before to make it even speedier.
Heat a saucepan of water until boiling, then add the pasta bows and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Whilst the pasta is cooking dry fry the sausages until cooked, and then slice them.
Drain the pasta, and return to the pan with the tomato passata, herbs, sliced sausages, stir to combine and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
Season with the salt and black pepper. Serve straight away in a warm pasta bowl
