Meaty garlicky kebabs

These flavour-packed kebabs will become your new BBQ favourite! Delicious, colourful, meaty and super easy to make.

  • 220g seitan, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 courgette, cut into 8 slices
  • 1 large red pepper and 1 large orange pepper, each de-seeded and each one cut into 4 chunks
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely diced
  • 0.5 tsps smoked paprika
  • 2 tsps rapeseed oil
  • Method

    In a small bowl add the rapeseed oil, paprika and diced garlic and stir to combine.

    Brush each of the pieces of seitan with the garlic oil and thread on to the 4 skewers alternating with the courgette and peppers.

    Place on the griddle or under the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with any remaining oil dressing. Serve hot.
