Watching your waistline? This great alternative to potato chips goes towards one of your 5 a day!

  • 240g carrots, peeled and cut into chips
  • Rapeseed oil spray


  • Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, gas mark 6
  • Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Spread the carrot batons over the baking tray and spray lightly with the rapeseed oil.
  • Bake for 12 minutes then turn the carrots over, return to the oven for another 8 minutes or until they start to caramelise. Best served hot.
