Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sliced almonds
  • 2 tsps muesli
  • 0.5 tsps chia seeds
  • 100g plain soya yogurt
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g raspberries
  • 40g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • Method

    Place the berries, milk , porridge oats and yoghurt into a blender and blitz until smooth then pour into a bowl.

    Sprinkle over the chia seeds, muesli and sliced almonds and top with a couple of extra berries (optional) serve straight away.
