The easiest and tastiest baked cauliflower bites!
Pre-heat the oven to 200C, gas mark 6, 400F.
Place the yoghurt and turmeric in a small bowl and mix to combine. Add the cauliflower florets and gently stir so they are lightly coated in the yoghurt mixture
Place the breadcrumbs into a small bowl and dip the yoghurt coated cauliflower into the crumbs and then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Repeat the process until all the cauliflower is coated, then lightly spray with the rapeseed oil and place in the oven.
After 15 minutes of cooking, remove the cauliflower from the oven and gently turn. Spray with a little more rapeseed oil and place back in the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
